As Design Director for Earl Kendrick Interior Design, I’m responsible for the curation and delivery of a range of residential and commercial projects.

The internal common areas of even the most luxurious apartment buildings are easily neglected. And yet, these are one of the first areas of a building to make an impression on visitors and residents alike. Even the most carefully and stylishly designed apartments are let down if the approach to them resembles something from an unloved hotel or office complex.

That’s why, at Earl Kendrick Interior Design, we believe the communal areas should receive the same creative flair and attention as every other part of a well-designed residential building.
